website design
Your website is often the first resource a potential client or customer will use to find out more about you. As the old saying goes, you only have one chance to make a first impression. Your website must be compelling, inviting and informative. Visitors must be able to navigate it easily.
How does your website stack up to your competitors? Does it need a boost? Or, if you don’t have website, it’s time to get one. atgnat™ can design a website to fit your budget. We can design small, simple sites or large websites with content management systems. We can design the site, write the content, edit the photos, create the graphics and optimize it for search engines.
lil' ruffhouse
Lil’ Ruffhouse is a small local business that needed a website. We knew she had a very limited budget, but we wanted to find something that would work for this in-home dog boarding facility in Katy. Since her selling points are open spaces, cage free and loving care, we knew prominent imagery should be the main focus. We asked the client to choose from a few standard website looks that we provided. She chose this design. She then supplied all the photography and the written content. We built the site and designed the pages to fit her content. A site like this can be developed for under $1,750 in less than 2 days.
velocity business products
Velocity Business Products wanted a design overhaul for its office supplies’ website. The owner also wanted to maintain content control with the ability to edit the website frequently. This Word Press website was designed and developed for the Houston area company. Although this site is small in terms of pages, it packs a powerful punch with the website video host openings. In the very competitive offices products’ arena, Velocity Business Products wanted to make a statement. These openings do it.
integrated financial advisory
Atlanta’s Integrated Financial Advisory wanted to grab potential client’s attention by adding website video host’s to its new website. Through a series of phone conferences with Integrated Financial Advisory, atgnat gathered information to create the three scripts. Once the client approved the scripts and the talent’s wardrobe, atgnat shot the openings on the green screen. The client then provided a photo of its lobby. atgnat used this for the background. We delivered the video content to the client’s website designer.
tritan pump
The McFarland Group consists of five different companies. The group is re-branding its image by creating a new logo and new websites. The client wanted all the websites to mirror each other. The first website designed and built was for Tritan Pumps, a company that manufactures hydrostatic testing pumps, water jetting pumps and chemical injection pumps. The client wanted to make sure to showcase each of its high pressure pumps and high pressure pump packages.
s & b plant services
S & B Plant Services needed a website to brand itself. Since its founding, its identity has always been part of its parent company, S & B Engineers and Constructors, Ltd. atgnat was hired to create a brand new look for S & B Plant Services including updating its logo and creating a website from the ground up. With the emphasis on attracting a younger workforce, the website needed to be stylish and modern. Yet, it still needed to stress the traditional values of the company.

Our attractive, hip design appeals to Redemption’s demographics. The layout makes it easy to shop. Users are seamlessly directed to the company’s online shopping cart.
portfolio advisory council
We created this website for Portfolio Advisory Council, a local Houston independent investment advisory firm. Sailing has been part of the firm’s brand for years and we needed to incorporate that theme throughout the site. Some of the photos used are even the firm’s founder’s sailboat.
The website has a series of website video host segments welcoming visitors, telling them more about PAC and where to go for information. In addition, the FAQ section of the website features PAC’s experience team answering your top questions. atgnat shot all of these video segments on the green chroma key screen in our studio and then did all the post production work.
aaronson and rash, pllc
Houston Product Liability Attorneys Chad Aaronson and Ron Rash of the Law Offices of Aaronson and Rash, PLLC needed a new, updated, fresh look. The personal injury lawyers wanted a welcoming site that told more about the firm’s history, the attorneys and its cases. They wanted contact information to be easily accessible. Plus, the law firm also needed a logo design to help brand the firm. The logo needed to be simple yet memorable for prospective clients.
atgnat™ developed a website with a header to grab the attention of visitors. The classic scales of justice photo tells visitors immediately that the website is related to law. In addition, changing cases rotate on the right letting visitors know the type of cases this firm handles. We also moved away from the bright orange to a calming blue and grey color scheme. The attorneys wanted a “Texas” themed logo incorporating the famous Texas star. atgnat™ created a simple, yet unforgettable logo design that will stand out on client’s paperwork.
atgnat™ built the website to allow for easy and quick future modifications. When these Houston defective product attorneys take on new cases or close out a case, pages can quickly be added or removed. This allows for future updates to have minimal costs and a quick turn around time. When Aaronson and Rash decides to take a new case, atgnat™ can add a new page with all the content in less than a day.
In addition, each case page has a unique form on it. A prospective client simply fills out the form and clicks submit. Chad Aaronson or Ron Rash gets an immediate notification with the details including which case the client selected.
The entire website allows for more efficient use of a visitor’s time and of the attorney’s time.
artistic floors
Artistic Floors Houston came to atgnat™ in search of a website design that would be better than any of its competitors. The client didn’t have a current website and was starting from scratch. The owner wanted a website that would dazzle the user but also be informational. He also wanted a website video host to give his site something no one else had.
After an initial meeting with the Artistic Floors, we learned about his many services and then found the best way to feature all of them on the newly designed website. He also wanted to highlight his work through his own before and after photos. In a remodeling business, actual pictures of the work were crucial. atgnat™ wanted to make sure these photos were large enough to be seen and showcase the detail. Unique graphic design elements give the photos even more dazzle.
The website video host was added to four pages. Although the host comes onto the screen, all functions of the website continue to operate. A user can still click on any button or link and be directed to that section. The website video host segments gave him an immediate attention grabber. texas ear, nose & throat specialists
Texas Ear, Nose & Throat Specialists needed to take its site to a new level. The practice wanted the site to be full of information for its current and future patients. With multiple locations and more than two dozen doctors, the practice needed a lot of information displayed in an easy to use format. The website was designed with a very clean, simple navigation. The most prominent pages of the website are displayed in the top horizontal header. The Ask The Doctors page is unique and gives the doctors the chance to interact with their patients prior to meeting them in person. Make sure you check it out. harris country sheriff's office
Atgnat won a bid to produce a recruitment video for the Harris County Sheriff’s Office. The video’s goal was to attract the best recruits from around the county, city, state and country. In order to compete with other agencies, the video had to be exciting, thrilling and moving. When a viewer watched it, we wanted them to walk away saying, “Wow, what a cool career! I want to work for the HCSO.”
In order to accomplish this, Atgnat needed to get compelling sound bites, create sensational graphics, add original music and creatively edited the story into a quickly paced piece. In all, 15 segments were produced.
The employees were interviewed on a black screen. During post-production, they were then put in front of a rotating, 3-D badge. The dark look gives the piece an edgy appearance. The supporting or b-roll footage was shot over the several months. Atgnat’s crew was on stand-by and called away with just a moment’s notice to get to crime scenes or busts.
When the project was finished, the DVD was more than 52 minutes long.
In order to reach a bigger audience, the HCSO Jobs website was created. This full-flash website showcased all sections of the DVD. It had a direct link for prospective employees to apply for a job. Each month, the site averages more than 7,100 unique visitors a month. HCSO reports for the first time its recruitment is steady instead of up and down waves it’s typically seen.
international eye care
Houston’s International EyeCare Laser Center and Dr. Charles Moore needed a more professional image for its Houston Lasik center. The client wanted a website that had a spa feel with warm colors. The company logo also needed to be prominent. Most of all, the Texas Lasik website needed to separate International EyeCare Center from its Houston Lasik competitors. Lifestyle photos were used throughout the website’s main navigation structure. Lasik eye surgery can be life changing. These photos represent what can be possible with a simple laser eye procedure.
In addition, the new design incorporates a website video host. She introduces you to the company and peaks your interest. To keep visitors engaged, on a return visit, the website video host will say a different opening. In all, three different website video openings were used. On the fourth visit, the user will not see a video host. After 30 days or if the user clears his browser, the video host will re-appear.
The client provided all the content and videos. atgnat™ designed the look, produced the website video host openings, built the website and added all the content.

janice hurley-trailor : the image expert
Janice Hurley-Trailor has been a longtime atgnat™ client. She is an image consultant based in Arizona. She originally hired atgnat in 2006 to design a new website for her. Our original creation featured Janice on a virtual set with her logo as the backdrop. As visitors clicked on her website, she appeared and welcomed them. This website video host technology was new and her website was one of the first to use it. Over the years, Janice and atgnat have worked together to maintain a fresh site. Her website has been completely re-designed since its initial launch.
The current design gives a fresh, clean appearance with bold colors and large video files. It’s easier to navigate and lets meeting planners quickly know what Janice can offer them. atgnat™ not only designed the website and all the graphical elements but also shot all the video host and feature segments. We even edited videos from her on-site presentations.
Every winter, Janice comes to our studio and shoots new website video host openings on our green chroma-key screen. Each year, we change her virtual set background. This is an easy, affordable way to keep a website fresh and updated. The background image is the actual store photo. All the photos of the shoes, handbags, accessories and clothing are actual product sold at Loop.
With new arrivals daily, the client also needed to be able to update her photos. atgnat built a photo gallery manager allowing her to log on to the site and change photos at her convenience. The website reflects the quality of the products at the store. With constantly changing photos, customers can check the website frequently to see new arrivals.
